Return Policy (B2B)

At Maa Laxmi Enterprises, we are committed to providing high-quality agricultural products and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Our return policy is designed to support you with clear guidelines on eligible returns and replacements.

Eligibility for Returns

• Damaged or Defective Goods: Must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.
• Incorrect Orders: Must be reported within 7 business days.
• Quality Issues: Must be reported within 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom Orders: Due to unique specifications, custom orders are non-returnable.
• Perishable Goods: Perishable items are not returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
• Opened or Used Products: Only unopened and unused items are eligible for returns.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact our customer service within 7 business days to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Step 2: Securely package the items with the RA number included for identification.
Step 3: Return shipping costs are covered by us if the return is due to an error on our part. Otherwise, the customer is responsible.

Refunds & Replacements

Once the returned products are inspected:

• Refund: Issued to the original payment method.
• Replacement: Shipped at no extra cost if applicable.
